Matt Lauer - "How is your marriage with Kevin Federline?"

Britney - "It's Awesome!"

Matt Lauer brings up the point that if Britney is so upset with the addition media exposure then why did Britney and Kevin have their reality show "Chaotic"? Matt shows Britney various magazine covers and tells her "the basic story out there is that the marriage is over!" Britney responds that "I need to come up with my own magazine" Matt responds "Lets set the records straight.. does Kevin live in your home?" Britney responded that Kevin and her are happy and he is not living in the basement.

Matt Lauer - "Do you feel people in general are routing against your marriage"

Britney - "I really don't know but if people are that is really sad. I try not to respond to trash."

Matt Lauer - "What is the reason you love Kevin?"

Britney - "He is so simple. He is like a boy and cares so much in his heart and its awesome. And I love that"

Matt Lauer - "Do you feel your true fans who have followed your career will think Kevin isn't good enough for you? And what do you feel about the media exposure that the marriage should end?"

Britney - "That would hurt me for anyone to say that. That's just horrible. I wanna cry"

Matt Lauer - "How do you feel about the changed view of the media where you used to be a sweet southern girl and now the media trys to view you as a 'redneck?"

Britney - "They did the same thing with Goldie Hawn. All of a sudden she was a star. But they still gave her flack. I think its cruelty when you judge people and put labels on people. At the end of the day they're just words."

Matt Lauer - "How far along are you?"

Britney - "Six to seven months. I'm due in September. Motherhood is amazing"

Matt Lauer - "You were photographed with your son in your lap and what happened"

Britney - "There were photographers coming up to the sides of the car and I was scared. I wanted to get out of there. I feel like they were taking cheap shots"

Matt Lauer - "They caught you in pretty bad light though didn't they?"

Britney - "Of course. That's their job. In the country I would sat in my Dad's lap just like that while he drove"

Matt Lauer - "The media posted news on whether or not your worthy of being a mother. How does that make you feel?"

Britney - "Oh I've wept for the world and how judgmental they are. In some situations you get it worse. The media is taking cheap shots."

Matt Lauer - "What happened when you almost dropped your child in New York?"

Britney - "I wasn't prepared with that much paparazzi ever in New York so I think it was a mixture of the pararazzi and the cobble stone. Accidents happen! Stuff happens with kids, its a reality. Not everyone has 80 cameras on them 24/7."

Matt Lauer - "What do you think it will take to get the paparazzi to leave you alone?"

Britney - "I don't know. I don't know." (starts to cry) . "It's one of my biggest wishes. I woudl just say that you have babies at home and you have a life and if you don't that we are people and we need privacy and respect and those are things you need as a human"
